Jr.Business Analyst
Location:Boston, MA
Duration:12 months
Rate:$44 per/hr on c2c MAX (all inclusive)
IN PERSON INTERVIEW IS A MUST!!!
Experience required:
Many applications that require the participation of a Business Analyst on new products, product enhancement or COTS products.
The selected candidate will conduct JAD sessions, maintain outstanding communication with stakeholders and facilitate a collaborative working environment to ensure products meet requirements.
Interpersonal skills are key in this position.
Experience analyzing business requirements
Experience preparing requirement specification and functional design documentation using data flow maps, uses cases, process maps
Provide recommendations for business/functional improvements
Prepare training material and/or webinars for training purposes
Skills Required:
Knowledge of requirement gathering, mapping techniques and analysis methodologies
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent written communication and logical thinking
Familiarity with SDLC cycle and PM methodologies
Ability to work individually or within a team environment
Ability to take direction and work to specified deadlines
Displays professionalism and a commitment to quality
Consistent attention to detail
Education Required:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field plus a minimum of 5 years work experience.
