Location: Bloomington, IL.
Rate: Market.
Duration: Long Term.
Description: Primary Skills needed:
Cisco Customer Voice Portal (CVP)
Cisco CVP Studio Experience
Cisco Intelligent Contact Management (ICM)
Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) experience
Experience with both ICM Routing and Administrative Scripts, Call Type Manager, Administrative Script Scheduler, CVP MicroApps.
Knowledge of Call Types and their impact on Contact Center Reporting.
Knowledge of Media Servers and UCCE Infrastructure.
Service Manager Experience.
Other Skills requested:
.Application Scripting & Support
•TCP/IP networking fundamentals
•Voice User Interface Design
•Complex Call Routing Application Design
•Understand ITIL Principles (Service Management)
•Experience with moving from Avaya to Cisco would be helpful
•Self Directed
•Team player
•Ability to work with both technical and non-technical people
•Willing to relocate to Bloomington, IL
