Job Description
• The candidate for this position shall have strong experience with both Business Analysis and Quality Assurance.
• In their business analysis efforts they shall work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems.
• In their Quality Assurance efforts, the candidate will verify that the requirements documented have been satisfied and any defects documented and reported to the development team.

Skills Needed:
• A – Exceptional Technical Writing Skills plus Excellent Verbal

Knowledge and Experience Needed:
• A – 7+ years performing requirements modeling using activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, state diagrams, data models, and use-cases.

• B – Knowledge of SQL and one or more relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server
• B – Experience in software requirements gathering in a financial institution and knowledge of GAAP.
• B – High-volume transactional processing.
• B – Experience with LoadRunner or other performance testing tools.
• C – Proven ability to work independently as part of a dispersed team
Responsibilities:
• Gather and define business requirements.
• Analyze and map processes (current state/future state)
• Produce high quality documentation that includes but not limited to: Vision Documents, Functional and Non-functional Requirements Documents, Use Cases, and Test Cases.
• Communicate with various business units to gather requirements and resolve issues.
• Communicate with other project teams to identify interdependencies and resolve issues.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on devising effective and efficient approaches to achieve project objectives.
• Create test case documentation and document defects using Quality Center
• Analyze data and in some cases application code.
• Report status and issues to the Project Manager(s).
Measures of Performance
• Evaluation from the Program Manager on overall work quality and effectiveness in the workplace
• Feedback from key customer or project representatives
• Customer satisfaction measures
• Satisfying or exceeding requirements development schedules, resource constraints, and quality goals
Education and certifications
• Relevant Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
