SCRUM Master
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Duration: 3 months (extension is always a possibility)
**Please Note** Even though the position only requires a Project Manager with SCRUM experience I have been told by the client that they are really looking for a certified SCRUM Master and our best chance of filling the position is to only send over those who are SCRUM Masters.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Support multiple project teams in developing, defining and managing the execution of project deliverables and overall program elements. Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings. Project team members will have different supervisors and obligations outside of the project.
Contributes to the organization and planning of the development schedule based on methodology that has been developed to create a cohesive plan with identifiable critical path, task dependencies, and major milestones; manages the agreed to project plans, process improvements, and resources, ensuring successful completion within scope, budget, time, and quality parameters.
Ensures the successful completion of project deliverables/milestones; Ensures the team strives to make each increment of functionality potentially shippable.
Develops and cultivates relationships; Interfaces with all levels of management in the negotiation and exchange of information.

Technology Knowledge – Thorough understanding of Agile software methodologies, values and procedures; Ability to understand technical requirements/user stories and technical issues at a high level

Skills/Knowledge:
Possesses strong product/technology/industry knowledge
Possesses strong project management background

Ability to influence others to achieve results, coach the team to reach their highest potential, hold team members accountable, set clear performance standards,
resolve performance issues, and keep team engaged and on task

Education/Experience Required:
Bachelors or equivalent
Project Management certification or equivalent, preferred
ScrumMaster certification (CSM), preferred
Agile methodology experience, preferred
2-4 years Project Management and Scrum experience
