QA Project Testing Manager
Location: Beaverton, OR
Duration: 7 months

REQUIRED SKILLS:

QA Project Testing Manager
Product management

Kanban/Agile approach

Quality testing/assurance
Project management
Coordinating testing

Develop testing plans for programs

 

REQUIRED
Good communication and facilitation skills
Experience with quality testing/assurance
Experience with project management

PREFERRED
Experience overseeing quality testing department

RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinating unit, integration, migration, performance, business process, regression testing and user acceptance
Responsible for successful planning, coordination, and execution of SIT, SiL, business data validation, ongoing business engagement
Develop and execute overall testing plan for program
Partner with key PPI and business team members to develop overall testing/user acceptance approach
Plan the work tracks
Implement and manage testing defect/issue reporting and management process
Establish resource requirements and engage with PPI/business to obtain resource commitment, PCS management for technical resources
Ensure adequate lead time is given on resource requests
Develop entry and exit criteria for all major testing activities
Monitor and report progress
Work with PPI, business users, and SIT/SiL coordinator on ongoing business engagement, SIT/SiL execution
Work with Migration team on timing of data migrations, population of testing environments, etc
Establish technical environments needs and work with environment coordinator to ensure needs are met
Arrange for required facilities and equipment
Leverage PCS MMX team QA resources and test scripts to streamline testing
Review development team QA practices
