urgent need for Technical project manager with .NET experience

 

Requirement:

Position: Project Manager – APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT

Duration: 6 months (MUST INERVIEW IN PERSON WITH MANAGER –IMMEDIATE PROJECT)

 

Summary

The IT Project Manager will manage monthly development projects and oversee complex enterprise projects which require planning, executing, and control throughout the entire project lifecycle. The IT Project Manager will interface with all stakeholders to ensure triple constraint adherence and optimum customer satisfaction.

 

The IT Project Manager reports directly to the IT Director, PMO.

           

Job Duties

• Successful technology project management in a fast-paced, agile environment spanning multiple levels and departments of an organization

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to adjust to change quickly and re-calibrate plans and teams accordingly

• Develop project plans quickly which outline scope, objectives, resource planning, work breakdown structure (WBS), schedule, risks, communication plan and budget

• Ensure adherence to project triple constraints, quality standards, and processes

• Provide complete, accurate and timely recurring status reports to stakeholders

• Provide project cost estimates, ensure team time-tracking and roll-up project actuals

• Building effective, productive and trusting working relationships

• Experience and knowledge with database functionality/design and web interfaces

• Make recommendations and provide options to management regarding schedules, prioritization, resource allocation and needs with input from others as needed

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes

• Anticipate business needs/requests and proactively provide information

• After hours availability is required. Mobile device and respond to emails/calls.

• Exude a positive, can-do attitude. High level of energy and sense of urgency.

           

Required

6+ years of technical project management experience

4+ years in .Net (Microsoft) technologies

4+ years in Scrum or agile SDLC

2+ years in waterfall SDLC

8+ years in information technology

PMP certification

Excellent understanding and experience with project management lifecycle principles

• Expertise with Microsoft Project and Visio applications

• PPM tool experience

• PPM tool implementation preferred

 

Education

• Position requires BS or BA in Management or Information Systems, or equivalent training and work experience
