Urgent need for Business System Analysts

 

Title: Business System Analysts - Business Process Management
Contract Duration: 6+ months
Location: Boston, Massachusetts

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience with Business Process Management tools needed (Appian preferred, Savvion, Pega, MS BizTalk, etc) and business integration solutions, process and workflow design.
• Ability to understand, re-engineer, improve, and implement complex business processes.
• Knowledge of Investment Operations, i.e. Client Administration, Shareholder Services, Fund Operations needed.

Description:

Defines and documents business/system requirements by facilitating user meetings and interviewing users, developing use cases, and researching and resolving issues.

Analyzes current processes, workflow, and system processing interactions and recommends solutions and improved processes. Defines / designs future process model and business rules.

Translates business needs into functional requirements, developing functional specifications and other development support documents.

Defines detailed data and requirements.

Develops test plan, test scenarios and test cases for Quality Assurance testing. Coordinate and executes QA testing. Assists in planning and managing business user acceptance testing.

Participates in business analysis project planning and management by documenting and maintaining plans, managing issue logs and preparing project documentation.
