.Net Devloper Need F2F at WI 

Duration : 12-24 months.  

Location : Milwaukee, WI.

Rates : Open.

At some point they must be able to interview in person after a phone screen.

Work within a team of software engineers to develop the presentation layers and/or business rules and data access layers for Web-based and mobile user interfaces. Use a variety of technologies and conform to various software development and business processes.

Responsibilities may include:

1. Develop system and software designs to meet requirements. 

2. Contribute to software implementation efforts (design and code). 

3. Participate in design and code reviews/inspections.

4. Provide input to technical discussions; propose solutions and alternatives. 

5. Provide work estimates; perform trade-offs between implementation, schedule and cost and resource constraints, and recommend alternatives. 

6. Provide technical expertise to less experienced developers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

 Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a closely related discipline is preferred;

 candidates without a degree may be considered if they can demonstrate the necessary level of knowledge and skills. 

Must have a minimum of 5 years related software development experience.

Positions require expertise in developing the presentation layer for user interfaces and/or experience with business rules and data access with strong skills in C# and ASP.Net/IIS.

Candidates for presentation layer development also require skills in jQuery and HTML5 technologies (HTML, CSS3, Javascript); experience with MVC preferred. Candidates for business rules and data access development also require skills/experience in Secure Sockets, LDAP/Active Directory, XML serialization, and asynchronous programming and threading. 

Experience in Silverlight and/or SQL Server development is a plus. 

Candidates must be available for on-site interviews.
