Unified Communications Voice/Central On Boarding Customers Service Delivery & Fault Management & Monitoring Service Assurance - Incubated Solution.Overall responsibility for systems availability, capacity planning and management, system performance, configuration, software and hardware for primarily Cisco contact center based applications.

 

Job Description:

This is preimarily a CISCO based assignment

 

To be considered QUALIFIED for this assignment submitted candidates MUST have:

 

Expert level experience supporting UC Voice, routing protocols(BGP)and strong knowledge of CUCM/Voice gateways, candidates who have experience in implementing voice solutions remotely or customer site.

 

ACTIVE CCNP - CCVP certifications OR equivalent exp. Would ideally like both certifications but will take one - IF CERTIFIED - Please provide ACTIVE certification number in supplemental area.

 

Creative, self motivated and ability to work with little guidance

 

Must be willing to work flexible hours 24X7 shifts

Must be organized, thorough and able to effectively manage customers and internal process

Willingness to manage after hours escalations on a rotational basis

 

Ability to understand and articulate technical information in a simple, concise manner

 

Previous experience as a Call Manager a must

 

Submitted candidates must have demonstrated experience and truly worked in the trenches.

 

DESIRED:

 

Previous Tie 2.5/3 experience

 

ACTIVE - CCIE certification Voice(SIP, CUCM, H323)

(if certified place in certification number in supplemental area

 

Will consider candidates currently not in Atlanta but candidate must know this assignment is based on Atlanta (not a remote) and will be required to move to Atlanta within 2 weeks of assignment offer.

 

Do not submit candidates rejected under SR55976 - 57791 for skills/experience
