Project Description:

Unified Communications Voice/Central On Boarding Customers Service Delivery & Fault Management & Monitoring Service Assurance - Incubated Solution.Overall responsibility for systems availability, capacity planning and management, system performance, configuration, software and hardware forCisco contact center based applications. Gathers, analyzes, andtranslates business requirements, technology trends, and current systemconstraints into overall system and technology requirements. Designs anddevelops systems, network, and automation architecture. Responsible forplanning the implementation of new technologies and technology upgradesand consults with application development groups on strategies andarchitectures. Leads effort for technology product and standardselections and implements technology decisions. Oversees user admin(adds, changes, deletes, back-ups, file restores) in one or moreoperating environments. May work with the client organizations toanalyze technical problems and recommend solutions. May providetechnical leadership to a team of individuals. Should possess currentCisco certifications.

 

Job Description:

Need Senior Level Candidates...CCIEs would be great.

 

To be considered for this position a candidate must have:

 

Intermediate/expert level experience and certifications with Cisco Voice, CCNP or CCNA required skill.

 

This position will provide support to 24 x 7 Tier I Engineers handling trouble shooting, fault monitoring and management for Unified Communications network (VOIP).

 

 

Responsibility include provisioning via VOSS/Cisco Call manager, being able to trouble shoot very complex VOIP/Dial Plan issues for high profile customers.

 

Qualified candidates must be able to read network topology, document job aids and perform small byte training.

 

Must be able and willing to work various shifts.

 

CCNP is a required skill.
