Role: Project Manager

Location: Wilmington, DE

Duration: 12 Months+

Rate: $55/Hr

 

Description:

The position requires an experienced Project Manager, with strong abilities in driving information management IS/IT projects. The person should have led multiple projects through software development processes and thorough understanding of PMBOK 4^th edition. Please note that experience of doing projects within Sales & Marketing domain within Pharma industry (preferably with DW&BI experience) will be a huge plus.

 

Skills:

Must have –

1.    Ability to manage all aspects of the project, including providing overall guidance and direction to the project and overseeing financial management activities

2.    Ability to document and communicate the status of project progress against plans, taking corrective action as necessary

3.    Ability to manage the success of metrics defined by the project and the organization

4.    Ability to manage client relationships

5.    Ability to define, implement, and maintain project process guidance (e.g., project plan and subordinate plans), tailoring organizational processes as needed

6.    Ability to identify, clarify, and resolve issues and risks, escalating them as needed

7.    Ability to negotiate changes to commitments/requirements

8.    Ability to develop project team members (e.g., skills, career, etc.) and conduct performance reviews

9.    Ability to review project deliverables for completeness, quality, and compliance with established project standards

10. Ability to review ongoing and proposed projects to identify opportunities for reuse and process improvement
