• Developing work plans, and coordinating and tracking complex

assignments as a lead developer;

• Managing system development issues and design changes;

• Analyzing and designing complex interfaces to legacy systems and

vendor software solutions;

• Coding and testing application programs ensuring the code delivered

properly implements the validated software requirements and the

validated system design;

• Designing, testing and implementing relational databases;

• Experience in the any of the following technologies (8 years is not

required on each technology for this qualification):

• ASP.NET Web Controls

• ASP.NET,C#.NET, VB.NET

• Java, JSP

• MS Team Foundation Server

• SQL/ TRANSACT SQL/PLSQL

• Web Services, Web Service Definition Language (WSDL)

• IBM Websphere

• XML Schemas



Desired Technical Qualifications - Experience, skills and abilities:

• With Agile development and unit testing methods;

• Communicating clearly and effectively in formal written or oral

presentations to diverse audience;

• Working with and/or supporting claims management business

applications;

• Working with and/or supporting case management systems;

• Working with and/or supporting electronic document workflow

management.
