Client is looking for a "Data Analyst" Raleigh, NC. This is a 12

Months.



In addition they need:



REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Minimum 7 yrs IT extensive hands-on experience in providing

programming / data/ business analyst services to address challenging

requirements across all facets of the SDLC for large and complex

customer OLAP applications.

• Extensive experience in review of peer delivered SDLC artifacts

including, but not limited to, design, analyses, requirements,

testing, and operations across a multitude of complex technologies and

business domains.

• Technical and / or business experience in designing, developing, and

maintaining synchronous and asynchronous internal and external

interfaces and associated secure data transfer protocols and

mechanisms.

• Technical and or business experience in designing, developing, and

validating data conversions, reviewing data quality as well as data

quality controls, efficient extraction of data, and in developing

reports.

• Experience with data analyses, data mapping, and data validations.

• Experience with software change management on multiple technology

platforms.

• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with proven

strengths in handling difficult IT problems.

• Effective written and oral communictions skills.



PREFERRED SKILLS:

• IT and / or business knowledge in the healthcare domain, especially

with health insureance or Medicaid systems.

• Hands-on experience with as many as possible with the following

technology; mainframe applications programming, COBOL, DB2, Oracle,

Pega, SOA, EDI, FileNet, SAS, OLTP, Exadata and additional two years

of IT work experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or

computer Engineering or additional 2 yrs of IT work experience.
