Evaluation Information: The technical evaluation will constitute 65% of the total evaluation and consist of a review of the following factors: (1) Desirable Experience - listed in the order of preference on the Position Recruitment Form (only to be evaluated upon successfully meeting all mandatory requirements), and, (2) Interpersonal and Communication Skills – evaluated upon completion of an interview.*
* Initial rankings may be used to determine the number of interviews. The client will initially rank candidates based on a combination of the technical rating (65%), as described in (1) above, and pricing (35%).
