Job Title:  SR. SHAREPOINT ARCHITECT

Duration: 4+ Months Contract

Location: Enfield, CT 06082

Pay Rate: $65-70/hr on C2C

 

Experis IT is recruiting for BT America for a Senior SharePoint Consultant.

Job Overview:
Candidate will engage with client to deploy a new enterprise-capable SharePoint platform.

This will require the following steps:
-Analyze clients existing SharePoint 2007 development environment
-Document use requirements, availability expectations, and general IT environment
-Define new SharePoint architecture
-Create SharePoint implementation plan
-Implement new SharePoint environment
-Conduct knowledge transfer and training

REQUIRED SKILLS:
8-10+ years of experience in supporting Microsoft technologies in a large enterprise environment.
4+ years of experience with large enterprise SharePoint architectures, deployments, and governance.
The ability to architect, design, develop, and deploy a SharePoint solution for an Internet/Intranet end user community.
Experience with the core Microsoft infrastructure technologies (ex. Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL, etc.) necessary to support a SharePoint solution.

Certifications: MCTS: Microsoft SharePoint 2010, Configuring
MCTS: Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007, Configuration
Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS): SharePoint 2010, Configuration; SharePoint.
