Job Title: Websphere Commerce Server Developers
Duration: 6+ Months
Location: Richardson, TX
We have multiple openings for Mid level / Sr Level / Architect. Please send the resume with expected hourly range in MIN and MAX range.
WCS 7.x experience is a must. Simply having Java experience will not get this role. Must have Websphere Commerce Server experience.

They are looking for a highly experienced Sr. WebSphere Commerce Server Developer. The candidate will be responsible for making tangible hands-on contributions, as well as devising and overseeing the multi-year technology strategy for the domain. The candidate will use their superior technical and communication skills to drive substantial business value, ensure consistent system stability, and advise senior leaders as to strategic opportunities for market differentiation and sales growth.
System stability / performance and capacity.
Devise and enhance best practices and standards related to performance and capacity management
Proactively identify and address infrastructure capacity constraints
Partner with members of the various development and QA teams to devise optimal designs and solutions for business requested functional enhancements as a means of mitigating unnecessary system resource saturation
Contribute to the design and planning of system and software upgrade paths
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications Bachelor of Science in computer science or related discipline
In depth knowledge of Java Enterprise Edition and related technologies
5+ years of web application performance profiling, optimization, and stabilization
Strong understanding of web application design principles and architecture, Struts
Ability to articulate engineering design strategies related to scalability, performance, security, usability and development platforms
Experience with IBM WebSphere technologies, including WebSphere Commerce
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Ability to effectively communicate with senior business and Technical leaders
