Looking for Dot Net Developers

Greetings from Bened Software Services Inc ,We do have below
requirement for one of our client ,please find below requirement

1) We are looking for some senior .net developer with some
architecture knowledge.

Location NY
Duration 6+ Months
Rate:Open

The areas where the candidate should have experience are:
Hands on with development/building end to end solutions using
following technologies
Latest frameworks in .NET (ASP.NET/C# etc/.NET 3.5/4)
SQL Server (2005/2008). Performance tuning/SQL development experience
a bonus.
Powershell - not essential
Sharepoint - not essential
WPF
Entity Framework
MS Enterprise application blocks etc.
Experience in Team Foundation Server a must. Atleast capabilities of
TFS should be known.
Should have atleast 1-2 years proposing and implementing solutions/
preparing solution architecture document. Should have clear idea about
job responsibilities of an architect.
Should have worked with agile and/or other software development
methodologies.
Should have experience working independently and should have an
aptitude to keep abreast of latest technology developments/
advancements.
Should have excellent communication and interaction skills.
Should have excellent troubleshooting skills.
2) We need some strong .net developers.

Duration: 6+ Months

.NET Developer Contractor Skill Requirements

Technical Skills Required:
7 years hands-on .NET development experience using C#, ADO.NET, LINQ,
XML and ASP.NET using framework 1.1 thru 4.0 in Windows 2000/2003
Server environment and XP client environment for high-volume
transactions of 100,000 or more.
Experience in Oracle (SQL, stored procedures, functions, triggers)
Experience in developing Windows Services
Experience in developing Crystal Reports for .NET
Experience in creating Web Services in .NET/WCF
Experience in hosting, installation and administration of websites on
IIS
Experience in developing Applications using WinForms
Experience in Production Support of .NET Applications
Experience in one major source control software, example: Visual
Source Safe
Strong object oriented design and problem solving skills
Experience in documenting systems per SDLC
Experience in performance tuning of applications in a real-time
environment
Ability to work independently on one or more of the above stated
requirements based on the tasks assigned in a Vendor developed product
environment.

Note: Overall experience of 6 years or more with limited experience
in .NET development is not desired. Project Management, people
coordination and other non-technical coordination is not required.
