REQ: Jr. SAS Programmer (40$/hr is the best rate we have)

Title: SAS Programmer

Location: Madison, WI

Duration: 6+ months

Rate: Market

Description:

Must have: 2+ years of SAS Programming experience (SAS EG)

Must have: 2+ years of SAS Programming experience (SAS EG) in ODS

Must have: 2+ years of SQL experience

Must have: 2+ years of MS Access / MS VBA

Must have: 2+ years building reports in SAS environment

 

Role will require transition of structured data/reports from MS Access environment to SQL/SAS environment for data storage, reporting and analytics.

 

4 yr college degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Management Information Systems Job experience equivalent: 12 months IT application development experience Demonstrated working knowledge of the entire Software Development Lifecycle Proven ability to clearly and effectively communicate business and technical information, both verbally and in writing. Within the last two years: 12 months coding and unit testing experience in technical skill set required for role (i.e. VB.Net, ASP.Net, SOA, SQL Server, VB, COBOL, systems integration, etc.) Six months engagement experience with at least one of the following skills: requirements analysis, technical specification development, task planning and tracking, or providing technical leadership to at least one other developer

Within the last two years:

12 months coding and unit testing experience in technical skill set required for role (i.e. VB.Net, ASP.Net, SOA, SQL Server, VB, COBOL, systems integration, etc.)

Six months engagement experience with at least one of the following
