Job Title:         Siebel Consultant

Location:         Philadelphia, PA

Duration:         6+ Months

Rate:                 Market.

Start Date       – ASAP

 

They are looking for a Siebel Business Analyst that can:

 

Communicate effectively with Clients globally (primarily Germany and US)

Be able to understand the business process and relate Siebel's capabilities to the business

Translate the business requirements effectively to the 10 person Clients development team

Drive workshops and excel in consensus building on the business side

Work independently and take ownership of goals and objectives

They are running Siebel 7.8, it is highly customized by Clients so this person needs to understand the product specifically on the sales side.

This person needs to be a superior communicator with Project Manager/Business Process/Team Building skills

Must work well with existing team

 

Take ownership of specific sprint goals and lead the effort to elicit detailed SME requirement specifications across an international SME group.

Build consensus for a solution among SMEs with conflicting needs.

Write use cases

Develop Functional Specifications

Support iterative development process

Write Test Scripts

Perform Validation Testing

Host User Acceptance Testing

 

Experience Requirements:

 

To fill this position we are looking for an experienced analyst(s) with the following.

Siebel Sales application knowledge.

Experience with topic leadership and facilitation of large SME work groups.

Experience working directly with Business Subject Matter Experts and Analysts in a rapid development environment.

We prefer four or more years of Siebel analysis work with strong experience in Siebel Sales.
