Company Name: Indsoft Inc, Recruiter: Barkha (barkha@indsoft.com/630-324-0006 Ext106), HR Department: Suneetha (HR@IndSoft.com/(630) 324-0006 X102). Partners Plz do not work with Indsoft Inc. They will not deliver consultants at the final stage. They will keep negotiating the rates and make a big mess of it. (Initially Barkha accepted for $55, later after submission to the client she demanded for couple more $$ and after the interview and the consultant got selected she demanded for $60/hr). They are unprofessional, shameless and doesn't follow commitments. They will not deliver consultants and will not respond back to calls or emails at final stage, after getting the documents signed. Please BlackList this company and consultant Name: Harsha Pulikonda (harsha.pulikonda@gmail.com/518-269-5589). Make sure you dont sign any contracts with them.

 

We need to blacklist all such companies who doesn't follow professional ethics and doesn't understand the hard-work of individuals and team and become a big mess for our future growth (both individual and organizational).

 

I would not have done this if they have informed us earlier that their consultant would not join the project.

 

Very Shame…
