Key Roles and Responsibilities: End to End tier 1 architecture and engineering for Voice Network Infrastructure team. Produce IT End to End systems requirement for Performance management, Fault Management, SIP Monitoring, Network Provisioning and Usage Collection.
Candidate will work with Business Clients, Network design engineers and IT applications to produce IT business and system requirement documents for AT&T Voice related Projects (Wireline, Wireless and VOIP).

Required Qualifications:
BS or MS degree in Engineering, Information Technology or related technical field
5+ yrs Systems Engineering experience
Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work across multiple organizations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in voice (VOIP, Wireless and Wireline), and applications technologies/protocols (LTE, circuit switch, VoIP, SIP, IMS, etc.)
Prefer to have knowledge of AT&Ts Service Assurance, Service Delivery and Provisioning Systems
Proficient in network and system architecture (subsystems, interfaces, hw/sw dependencies)
