JD:

·          Hands-on experience on IBM WebSphere Portal design and development including developing JSR 168/286 Portlets, WSRP, JSPs and Servlets, SOAP-based Web Services, RAD, Portlet Factory and IBM Web Experience Factory.

·         Extensive experience on web-related development efforts using Java, J2EE, or related development techniques: (AJAX, JAVASCRIPT, JSP, JSF, STRUTS)

·         Strong knowledge of WebSphere Portal components, services and frameworks, WebSphere Portal configuration, WebSphere JNDI, Spring configuration

·         Experience in J2EE framework development experience (Spring/Spring MVC, Struts, JSF, Hibernate, etc.), object-oriented design and related tools (UML, Rational)

·         Familiar with the core design patterns and best practices (J2EE, Architecture)

·         Must have a proven track record with integrating solutions in disparate platforms and technologies

·         Proven mentoring/leadership experience, excellent communication skills (effective oral and written skills)
