Project Description:
The developer will be developing and testing new features and capabilities within the LSBBT tool suite for troubleshooting U-verse network problems.
He or she will be required to understand the needs of U-verse technicians and/or customer care agents, and be able to write software (mainly in Java) to meet the requirements with thorough testing and documentation.
Skill sets include:
Java/Perl programming, Web development, Database, Unix Scripts, Network knowledge, and Socket programming.

Skills required:
• 5+ Years development experience with Java EE architecture.
• 4+ Years experience integrating commercial products (i.e. CRMs, ERPs, Case Management Systems, etc.) in an enterprise environment
• 4+ Years designing and implementing high-available, load-balanced, and/or clustered applications.
• 4+ Years working directly with relational databases, especially Oracle and/or SQL Server, with a strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling
• 4+ Years working with web-based applications (JSP, Servlets, HTML, JavaScript, Ajax, etc.)
• 4+ Years working with web services
• 2+ Years development experience with Unix-based shell scripts
• 2+ Years experience in system administration (Unix, Web Servers, CRMS, etc.)
• 2+ Years experience with multi-threaded applications/components
• 2+ Years experience with XML
• Experience with Hibernate
• Experience with Spring
• Experience with Ant or Make files
• Experience with TCIP/IP sockets.
• Experience with single-sign-on solutions including LDAP integration.
• Superior troubleshooting experience.
• Bachelors degree or higher
