-          Has supported BPC in a live production environment (BPC tuning, BI tuning, BIA)

-          Understands data loading for BI and BPC

-          BPC Netweaver Platform experience not Microsoft

-          Experience with design and building of BPC applications

-          Possibly a resource that started in BI and then moved to BPC.
