We are looking for Healthcare / MITA / MMIS Analyst in Baltomore MD.
Required Skills include:
1) Sr. Business Analyst with at least ten (10) years of IT experience
2) Bachelor's Degree in IT related field
3) At least three (3) years working directly on Medicaid projects
4) Participation in the development of at least two (2) RFPs
5) RFP creation experience to include, business process as-is/to-be documentation and business process flow diagramming expertise
6) Working knowledge of MITA
7) Knowledge or use of the Maryland SDLC
8) Extensive business and domain knowledge of at least the following Providers, Member, Claims, Adjudications, and Managed Care Organizations
9) Excellent experience developing Decision Support System (DSS) requirements and business process flows
10) This person will perform the following tasks:
* Perform as a senior business analyst.
* Document issues, risks, and action items throughout requirements analysis process.
* Develop as-is and to-be business processes and diagrams.
* Use the Maryland SDLC to develop project deliverables including requirements documents, requirements traceability matrix, Request for Proposal (RFP), and
* Facilitated JAD sessions for requirements gathering.
* Develop project presentations and project schedules.
* Develop business processes associated with MMIS program operations.
* Work on project and knowledgeable of Maryland SDLC phases.
* Follow Project Management Institute Standards and Processes.
* Perform Medicaid Business process modeling using MITA version 2.0 Business Capability Matrix (BCM).
* Work with Maryland subject matter experts and management on a daily basis for requirements gathering and documentation.
* Follow a structured approach to organize requirements into logical groupings of essential business process, business rules, information needs and insured that critical requirements are not missed or misinterpreted
* Update requirement document as per business user feedback and change in functionality of the application.
* Generate daily reports as well as periodic reports on requirements coverage and updates, project schedules, metrics for managerial decision making and forward planning.
* Train and mentor team members for business analysis as well as Medicaid domain.
