• 6-8 + years of relevant, preferably web-based, testing experience, 2+ years in a project role with elevated responsibilities.
• Measurable track record using QA methodologies as a QA Lead that resulted in successful project deliveries.
• Strong Windows / Web background preferred. Experience with automation tools a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience with coordinating testing with offshore testing teams
• Experience with defect management systems
• Experience with review of project documentation like requirements, design documentation to find defects due to document ambiguity/incompleteness
• Proactively manages testing lifecycle and coordinates/follows up aggressively to meet stipulated time frames
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages - C++, Java, COBOL, SQL
