Multiple release design, development, test, deploy, support features for performance data collection and processing for Data/IP, VOIP, and other networks.

 

Experienced developer with network facing experience to interface with telecom network devices, Element Management Systems (EMSs), and other systems to obtain and process large volumes of performance data. Design, develop, test, monitor, document, and maintain complex software packages for network management support. Excellent communication and presentation skills to work with customers and vendors in identifying gaps and issues, proposing and implementing solutions.

 

Looking for knowledge of telecommunication networks and services such as Data/IP, VOIP, Uverse (Digital TV), and Wireless. File transfer protocols such as SFTP/SSH/WinSCP including the file transfer perl packages such as net-sftp-foreign; able to troubleshoot and resolve firewall, authentication, and linux/windows configuration issues. Expertise in perl and expect programming. This includes installation of perl, expect, and various add-on packages such as IO-Stty, Log4Perl, etc. Experienced in Java and scripting languages like ksh. Knowledge of snmp a plus, but not required.
