Location: O`Fallon, Missouri

Job Description (please add additional skills, if necessary) Job Overview:

Provides support and direction to testing projects ensuring conformance to company standards. Researches new initiatives and continuous improvement activities for improving and changing business needs. Provides development training of testing and quality assurance staff.

 

Major Accountabilities:

oParticipate in and provide direction to testing activities to ensure the quality and functionality of assigned MasterCard developed systems.

oProvide technical and advisory support to ensure adherence to the requirements document.

oEnsure testing conforms to the MasterCard testing standards.

oResponsible for identifying personnel development training opportunities.

oProvide in-depth analysis on new initiatives to help assess impact to MasterCard.

oParticipate in continuous process improvement activities identifying new processes or tools that will improve quality, reduce cost, and/or increase productivity.

oParticipate in the collection and reporting of metrics to identify problem areas and improve efficiencies.

 

Education:

oBS Degree or equivalent combination of experience and formal education

Knowledge / Experience:

oApplies extensive expertise of principles, theories and concepts, plus extensive knowledge of business or function, usually acquired through eight plus years of experience.

 

Skills/ Abilities:

oAbility to have a wider breadth of knowledge around testing tools, best practices, and/or MasterCard systems.

oStrong decision making capabilities.

oStrong interpersonal and communication skills.

oGeneral direction; decisions and actions are based on established policy
