Title:  Developers – Ruby on Rails Programmer Englewood, CO







Tech Interviewer:  All candidates will be screened/technical interview

consultant.  If all goes well the candidate will be submitted to the

client.



Location:  Englewood, CO



Duration:  6 Months +



Rate:  Negotiable















Job description:  The successful candidate must have a working

knowledge of software design patterns, a clear understanding of web

and system security issues and designing for best application

performance.







Required Skills:







5 + years professional IT experience



3+ years experience performing as a developer using Ruby on Rails



Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ruby/Rails



Thorough understanding of the (SDLC) software development lifecycle



Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail







I need the following Info:







Very, Very important:   Please always list the candidate's name and

the req you are submitting to in the subject line, Example:  John Doe

– Client – Job Title







Please include the following information in the body of the email with

every submittal;







1)Full Name including middle initial – just as it appears on the

driver's license / passport / visa – also, please make sure the same

name is on the resume.  You will not believe the number of submittals

I receive and there is only one name on the resume.



2)Current location – full physical address – please make sure it is on

the resume



3)Availability – if they are interviewing other places and waiting on

offer/s please DO NOT submit.



4)Contact info – work and cell phones and emails – please make sure it

is on the resume.  Again, you would not believe the resumes I get

without the numbers or email address/s on it.



5)Work status, i.e. OPT, EAD, H1B, Green Card, Citizen



6)Is the candidate your employee?  It does not matter I just need to

know.  Be truthful because I ask all candidates.



7)Rate



8)References – I'll always need 3 references with the following:

Name, Title, email address and phone number



9)Exclusive agreement –One from you and one from the candidate and one

from the candidate's employer (if applicable) to you.  Email is

sufficient.  If candidate or employer will not sign don't send me the

candidate.  What I need is a commitment from you, the candidate and

their employer (if applicable) that they will give me 48 hours to get

an answer before they take another position.



10)Education / Certifications:  make sure all education and

certification info is on the resume to include, name of school,

location (city, state and or country) and the year



11)Expect face to face interviews------------ Not sure if this client

will require it, but you must make sure the candidate will go on an

interview if necessary.  Send me an email confirmation from the

employer and or candidate indicating he/she will go on the face to

face interview.  We pay 100% of all interviewing expenses so I do not

see any reason why someone would not agree to the face to face.

12)Please always send a matrix indicating the number of years the

candidate has with each required skill listed.
