Title: Network Engineer

Location: Chicago, IL

Duration: 12 months plus

Description:

• Implementing and supporting Enterprise-level solutions for both our Corporate and remote data centers.
• Providing guidance on developing industry standard applications.
• Performing routine maintenance on operating systems, servers, and network equipment.
• Designing and maintaining complex web hosting network architectures.
• five years' experience with Cisco switches, routers, wireless routers, VPN and firewalls.
• five years' experience with F5 or other load balancer.
• Three-plus years' experience with UNIX (Red Hat Linux, Sun Solaris, etc.) and Window Server in a production setting.
• Hardware maintenance experience, including Cisco, Dell, Compaq and Sun server class equipment.
• Demonstrated experience with three or more of the following: Cisco Works, F5 BigIP, Network Appliance network attached storage, network security, DNS/DHCP, Active Directory (LDAP), Veritas, Microsoft Exchange Server.
