Project Name: Compliance Project

Project Description:
• The compliance management system project will enable Corporate Compliance to streamline monitoring and controlling of compliance initiatives and activities across the company for FERC and NERC.
• This will enable timely notification and collection of information from business units as well as timelier reporting to external entities.
• SharePoint 2010 will be used as the tool.

Skill Needed:
• Implement a SharePoint 2010 solution to automate FERC and NERC compliance processes.
• Document Detailed Design
• Create test plans, test cases and test scripts in both SharePoint 2010 and HPQC.
• Monitor testing progress and perform defect management; work with the customer and developers to quickly identify and resolve defects
• Create training materials and deliver training
• Produce project communications plan and deliver communications via multiple methods across all business units
• Must have proven site owner expertise in SharePoint 2010
• Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills;
• Must be very customer focused and able to communicate to all levels of the organization
• Compliance experience with FERC or NERC for Utilities a plus

• Must have SharePoint expertise.
