Position: Crystal Reports Lead
Location: Foster City, CA
Duration: 6+ Months
Strong Technical expertise on Crystal Reports
Experience with designing and building complex reports using Crystal reports
Experience in working on regulated environment and systems preferred
Fluency with written and oral English is a must
8-10 years, 5 years relevant experience
Crystal Reports Lead
Be an expert in Crystal Reports, knowledgeable regarding the technical complexities of the reporting tool - and be able to leverage the features of the tool and overcome the limitations, if any, to address the reporting requirements, as laid down for the Client EQMS
Get trained on the EQMS product Crystal reporting features and technical aspects and be able to provide on-going training to the developer resources, as necessary
Responsible for Reporting component of the EQMS implementation project
Understand the reporting requirements for the Quality System
Develop design of reports in accordance with the standards and requirements of the EQMS product platform
Lead and coordinate the design and development efforts for the reports
Work closely with stakeholders to align design and presentation of reports as per requirements and expectations
Work closely with EQMS Product Vendor to align design of reports with product reporting requirements
Lead the development effort for the reports and coordinate the same with developer team
Lead the preparation of design and technical documentation for the reports in accordance with the documentation requirements laid down by the Validation Manager
Prepare the test plans (UT, SIT) for the reports in coordination with EQMS vendor resources and counterparts for source and destination systems - work in coordination with Test Lead
Work closely with team at client to set-up the environments for the reports (sandbox, dev, test, QA and production)
Lead the execution of the test plans for all the test cycles
Lead the documentation of test results and summary
Plan the tasks for the development team and monitor status of tasks and perform timely reporting of status, issues and risks to project and program manager
Responsible for the quality and timeliness of the deliverables for the reporting component of the EQMS implementation
Coordinate the sign-offs with assigned reviewers and approvers
Participate in meetings with project team and Stakeholders as required
