Role: Sr. Installshield Developer
Location: Palo Alto, CA
Pay Rate: Open
Duration: 4 – 6 Weeks Project (Short Term Project)
Our client has an immediate need to hire an InstallShield Developer for a short term contract. We are looking for a talented and highly motivated software engineer who is an expert in building installers based on InstallShield. Candidate needs to port an existing installer from WiX to InstallShield 2012 and then make enhancements.
Skills
· 3+ years of experience building MSI-based installers using InstallShield.
· Understanding of Microsoft Installer architecture and best practices.
· Good testing methodology.
· Good debugging and troubleshooting skills.
· Understanding of WiX is a big plus.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
