Position: Cisco Admin(Networking)

Location: Bloomington, IL

Duration: Long term

 

 

This is for resources who can support our ICM and UCCE needs for the Contact Centers once the UC deployment begins.

 

Here is the bullet list for skilled Support:

 

 

Primary Skills needed:

 ·       Cisco Customer Voice Portal (CVP)

.       Cisco CVP Studio Experience

·       Cisco Intelligent Contact Management (ICM)

·       Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) experience

 

 

Other Skills requested:

.       Application Scripting & Support

·       TCP/IP networking fundamentals

·       Voice User Interface Design

·       Complex Call Routing Application Design

·       AT&T Route IT application

·       Understand ITIL Principles (Service Management)

·       Experience with moving from Avaya to Cisco would be helpful

·       Self Directed

·       Team player

·       Ability to work with both technical and non-technical people

·       Willing to work in Bloomington 4-5 days/week,
