Location: Monterey, CA

Duration: Long-term

 

Web Developer (LAMP, WordPress) –Mid level candidate

 

Must Have:

·         5+ years Web admin/Web development experience

·         Strong UI development skills required, including developing wire frames

·         Experience configuring and maintaining WordPress

·         Strong Apache installation/configuration skills

·         Extensive MySQL knowledge

·         Excellent PHP skills, experience writing and maintaining PHP content

·         Experience with Java, Javascript, HTML/CSS, AJAX

·         Experience with integrating websites with Google Analytics and Chartbeat and Ticker

·         Demonstrated knowledge of cross-browser/platform/OS troubleshooting issues

·         Must possess strong verbal and written communications skills

·         Knowledge of contemporary trends and techniques in web design

·         Flexible attitude with ability to work individually or as a part of a small team

·         Must be proactive, solution oriented, and self-motivated
Strong time management and organizational skills

·         Experience working in a webmaster role with focus on quick turnaround for web content updates

·         Clear understanding of good design methods

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related experience.
