We are currently seeking qualified applicants for a full-time
Technical Recruiter opportunity in our India office at Lucknow.
Positions: US IT Recruiters
Location: Lucknow, India
Compensation: Salary + Incentives + Bonus
Description:
The Technical Recruiter is responsible for providing qualified
candidates of the uppermost level of consulting services to our
clients. This position encompasses performing full lifecycle
recruiting, maintaining contact with candidates, building a strong
network, creativity, recruiting vision, business acumen, and
organization.
Responsibilities:
• Duties: As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible
for hiring the best available candidates using proven recruiting
methods.
• Source and recruit candidates: Demonstrates full cycle recruiting
efforts including, but not limited to, posting job openings, sourcing,
screening, qualifying applicants, networking, cold calling, scheduling
interviews, conducting reference checks, job offers/negotiations,
etc.
• Working Requisitions: Collaborate with the business development team
regarding new and potential business requiring recruiting efforts
which includes tracking all recruitment activity throughout the
interview and employment process.
• Presenting Candidates: Submit qualified, vetted candidates to
DatamanUSA team for presentation to our client.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of professional recruiting experience
• Must bring prior expertise on corp-corp consulting, 1099 &
W-2 contracts and Permanent placements
• Must have prior experience in hiring US Citizens, Permanent
Residents, H1-B and EAD professionals nationwide
• Fair Understanding of Various domains and technologies
• Should have Excellent Communication Skills
• Should possess excellent communication, presentation, inter-
personal and negotiation skills
• Proven track record
• Skills in Windows 7, MS Office 2010, Monster, Dice.
• Negotiation skills
• Self-directed
• A strong team player
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree desired
