Skill Set:- PeopleSoft HRMS/HCM

 

·         8-10 years experience in the core HR modules, Payroll and be strong enough to own the part of the project in your area of expertise.

·         PeopleSoft experience, specifically in performance, goals, and/or compensation.

·         Excellent client facing skills, and experience interacting with c-level clients.

·         Ability to scope projects
