opening with our direct client in Austin, TX. Please find below are

Position Network Engineer

Location Austin, TX

Working Hours 8:00AM to 5:00PM



WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS



Minimum Requirements:

Years Skills/Experience

6 Configure Cisco routers and switches and understand routing

protocols (OSPF, EIGRP and BGP)

6 TCP/IP, IP multicasting, SNMP, Cisco IOS, Radius, DHCP and DNS

6 Cisco managed (WCS & WLC) wireless network installation,

administration and troubleshooting

6 Maintaining and supporting local-area networks (multi-campus)

6 Maintaining and supporting wide-area networks (Frame Relay & MPLS)

6 Virtual Private Networks (IPSEC and SSL)

6 Network access control – network firewalling and advanced firewall

capabilities

6 Cisco QoS administration

4 Cisco Access Control Server (ACS) implementation and administration

4 Data Center Firewall implementation and administration

4 Disaster Recovery planning and conducting disaster recovery testing

4 Web access control, filtering and monitoring

4 Administration of Windows and Linux based servers and workstations

4 Network performance monitoring and capacity management

3 Proficient with the Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft

Project, Word, Visio, Excel and PowerPoint

3 Strong interpersonal skill and the ability to collaborate

effectively with business units and end users.

Certification Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Graduate/GED Graduated from a standard senior high school or GED

equivalent

Cisco Certified Internet Expert (CCIE) – Routing & Switching



Graduated from an accredited four-year college or university
