Position Title: Spectrum/eHealth Admin

Exact Location (City, State): Adelaide/Toronto, Canada

Duration: 6 Months+

Interview Process: Phone

 

·         In-depth knowledge of the CA eHealth and CA Spectrum products (5+ yrs of experience)

·         Administration and Troubleshooting experience preferred in Distributed Cluster System

·         Good understanding of Device Discovery Process using manual, automation using DCI

·         Must have hands on experience in Device certification in eHealth and Spectrum

·         Must have in-depth knowledge of Device Certification using MIB variables, MTF, PCM files

·         Must be able to create custom variables, MTF files, PCM Files

·         Able to certify any new device(s), develop alarm correlation/suppression and parent-child rules

·         Creation of customized group and reports

·         Has knowledge of SNMP, CA UCM, CA VAIM, CA SystemEdge, eHealth LiveException and system integration of the products
