Job Location: Noida (Sector - 62)
Required Skills:
· The Recruiter should have at least 1-4 years US recruiting experience.
· Ability to work under pressure and to meet frequent deadlines with minimal supervision.
· Must have recruited in a software Development company /IT Staffing firm with direct clients or Tier 1 Vendors.
· Dynamic, responsive communicator with excellent written, verbal & presentation skills Prior experience to utilize several recruiting sources including postings, internet, networking, and referrals.
· Ability to use search functionality on websites (job portals) in an efficient manner
