10 Urgent Position : - Release Engineer / Santa Clara , CA

I have an urgent position with client in Santa Clara , CA. Please let me know your interest for the same.

 

Position : Release Engineer – 10 Positions

Location: Santa Clara , CA

Duration: Long-term

 

Qualifications

·         B.S. Computer Science, or Engineering, or equivalent, from an accredited university

·         7+ years of experience in software release management

·         A sufficiently technical background to understand the involved with online, consumer-facing, web-based transactional applications

·         Experience in working with Maven and Ant in a Linux environment

·         Familiarity with defect tracking systems, ideally Bugzilla

·         3+ years of solid experience in working with SVN

·         Experience with Java application servers, preferably JBoss

·         Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle; exposure to Agile development a plus

·         Excellent written and verbal communications and presentation skills. Attention to detail.

·         Working knowledge of Java/J2EE based systems (working knowledge of PHP a plus)

·         Experience with building solutions to automate builds and deployments for Java and PHP based stacks

·         Experience with Continuous Integration Management Systems
