Position: VMware/NetApp consultant
Location: Bentonville, AR
Duration: 5-6 Months
We are looking for a VMware and NetApp rockstar in Bentonville Ark.
VMware Skills:
VCP certified
Expert level experience with VMware - 4 to 6 years of consulting experience.
Experience with design and architecture for VDI. Customer environment is 15k+ desktops
Designing and architecture Storage layout for VMware on NetApp
Experience with NetApp VSC and SMVI
NetApp Skills:
NCDA certified minimum. NCIE is preferred but not required.
at least 5 Years' experience with NetApp technology
a. Installation and configuration of a cluster into a SAN and NAS environment
b. Experience with Networks, Port Channels/VIFS, VLANS
c. SnapMirror concepts including both volume and qtree level snapmirror technology
d. Data migration experience
Softskills
Strong Documentation skills a must. Resource will be expected to create design and architecture documents. Resource will be expected to create run books and instructional documents
Resource must have the ability to create business cases and present the architecture and design that they create
