| Ideal candidate should have 4-9 years experience developing, deploying, and supporting multi-tiered enterprise applications. It is nice to have someone that knows grails but if they have great spring, hibernate, jsp/servlet experience and core java then they will be just fine in a grails environment.
Candidate should have good written and oral communication skills.
