Title Role: Flash Animator

Duration: 6 months plus
Location: Bothell, WA

Job Description:

Flash Animator(Flash Animator for Bothell, WA CDI April 2012 ) Looking for an animator to create short (5 minute) high quality Flash animations of scientific content for educational software. Requires illustration, text manipulation, and audio syncing using the Flash timeline.

Requirements Required:

·         Bachelors or Associates degree in art, design, or related fields, or 3 years' experience in digital animation and illustration.

·         3+ years' experience with Adobe Flash animation

·         Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skill

·         understanding of processes with the ability to grasp broad concepts and a strong attention to detail

·         able to incorporate feedback and work quickly.

·         Digital portfolio that demonstrates clear use of Flash and the artists ability to use a variety of styles in creating quality animation.

Preferred:

·         Ability to organize many movie clips and manage the Flash library.

·         Competence to work with a multilayered timeline, understand multiple audio formats and exporting to video in multiple formats.

·         Takes direction well and can work with subject matter experts to problem solve and make quick edits on the fly.

·         Graphic design experience a plus.
