Oracle-APEX Consultant - 2 positions, 5 months, NYC   MANDATORY Requirements (add additional sheets if necessary): NOTE: 	CANDIDATES WHO DO NOT MEET ALL MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR FURTHER EVALUATION  1.  2-4 Years experience supporting Oracle applications  2.  1-3 Years experience developing and supporting APEX 4.x applications  3.  Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and communicate effectively with IT Admin and DBA personnel.    DESIRABLE Experience Listed in order of importance: (add additional sheets if necessary):  1.	Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills. 2.	Knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery. 3.	Knowledge of Siebel data model. 4.	Strong customer interaction, organizational, and time management skills.
