Project Overview: Product manager to support Automotive, Outdoor Living, Fitness & Toys online roadmap and project execution for 2012
Required Skills/ Experience:
The ideal candidate will be:

- An outstanding verbal and written communicator.
- A persistent and solutions-oriented project steward with a knack for overcoming barriers.
- An online veteran with seven to ten (7-10) years of related work experience.
- A fast learner with a genuine curiosity about how things work and a creative mindset that allows you to identify new, innovative ideas and solutions.
- A 4-year college graduate with a Bachelor's degree.
Desired, but not required Skills/ Experience:
- Masters degree preferred
Typical Daily Responsibilities:
- Developing a product roadmap for Automotive, Outdoor Living, Fitness & Toys on Sears.com and Kmart.com, a set of site features and capabilities designed to increase site visits, conversion, and average order value.
- Manage day-to-day relationship between Online Business Unit and business unit for online project requests and execution.
- Documenting business and functional requirements for new site features and capabilities.
- Collaborating with the user experience and development teams to ensure excellence in project execution.
- Developing benefits cases for projects and serving as a liaison with a program management team. Managing project portfolio through lifecycle and in portfolio management and tracking system (Worklenz)
- Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring the performance of new projects and features.
- Actively advocating for multiple projects on a day-to-day basis.
