Skill Set-Remedy Version 6.3 ,7.1,7.5

                ITSM 7.1 and above

                Oracle, UNIX

 

Job Description

•        Experienced in administering Remedy ARS 6.3 & above and developing ARS applications

•        Develop and administrator BMC Remedy ARS applications and implementation of new functionality including forms, workflow, alerts, filters, escalations, menus, and other related components

•        Knowledge of Remedy applications with hands on experience with ITSM 7.1 and above

•        Able to configure and maintain licenses for BMC Remedy ARS and client products

•        Perform some server and application administration as required

•        Provide support of ARS applications.

•        Expert knowledge of programming with BMC Remedy ARS (Out of the box applications) and hands on experience on Integrating components like DSO, Web services.

•        Perform ARS application troubleshooting

•        Good communication skill to interact with customer/user independently.
