Java/JCAPS Developer
Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: Long-term
Required Skills
· J2EE, JCAPS, web service development or a combination thereof required.
· Experience with Oracle Databases.
· Object Oriented Programming/Development using JAVA, JCAPS, Web 2.0, Glassfish 2.0, Soap, PL/SQL, on UNIX AIX platforms.
· Experience in building enterprise level applications on the web/Internet.
· Experience with Agile development methodologies like SCRUM (preferred), Rapid Application Development, and Extreme Programming, as well as working in a highly user-interactive prototyping mode is desirable.
· IDE experience, NetBeans, Eclipse, SQL Developer and/or TOAD. Excellent communications skills with an acute ability to listen attentively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications with an ability to present and document work according to standards required.
· Highly organized and deadline oriented. Ability to think tactically with superior organizational skills and an attention to detail.
· Superior written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate throughout all levels of the organization. Motivated self-starter with ability to multi-task.
· Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision. Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced, ever changing and evolving work environment.
