Job Description:

I need a Sr. Cognos BI Strategist in VA. Must have extensive expertise in Cognos BI development, but has moved into a team lead/managerial role. Must have experience creating strategies and visions. Strong interpersonal skills, experience interacting and communicating with Senior and Executive management. Strong BI Domain experience including Agile etc, Financial reporting, financial planning and forecasting also required. Ideal candidate will have previous experience developing strategic concepts for the BI and DW projects, innovating strategic improvements in the Cognos Report Studio methods and results, advancing the BI solutions, evaluation of BI trends and development of strong process and development of best practices, development of strategic paths for Cognos, Report Tools, OLAP Tools and advancement tools.
