Required Competencies:
• Experience developing scripts using IBM Rational Functional Tester.
• Experience developing functions using coding in Java.
• Experience in descriptive programming with other Automation Tools
like QTP, Winrunner, Rational Robot, open-source.
• Experience with object-oriented programming language.
• Experience using integrated tools of Rational Suite (Rational
Functional Tester.
• As well as testing PeopleSoft 9.x configuration, new functionality,
patches, fixes and upgrades.
• Functional knowledge of PeopleSoft Human Resources, Time and Labor
and Payroll Administration processes is desirable.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills
(i.e. analysis, recreation).
• Excellent communications skills (oral and written), interpersonal,
and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet project
deadlines.
